These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at https://www.acquireair.io (the "Site") and any related services offered by AcquireAir ("AcquireAir", "we", "us", or "our"), a service of Automation Architecture AI. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

AcquireAir provides outreach, lead generation, and appointment-setting services designed to help HVAC business owners connect with prospective buyers and sellers. Through the Site, visitors can learn about our services and schedule a strategy call with our team via a third-party scheduling provider.

The Site and our services are intended for business use by individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the authority to act on behalf of the business they represent. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Strategy calls and consultations booked through the Site are scheduled using Cal.com, a third-party scheduling platform. Your use of that platform is subject to Cal.com's own terms of service and privacy policy. Booking a call does not create a client relationship or any obligation on our part beyond the scheduled consultation.

When using the Site, you agree not to:
